On Wednesday, June 17, after my Hatha Foundations class, I will be offering optional, complimentary 5-Needle Protocol (5NP) ear acupuncture for those who would like to stay. Yoga class is from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, then 5NP treatment can last until 7:15 pm.
Register for Hatha Foundations through Uttara as usual, and stay after for extra calm!
5NP treatment involves placing five small, sterile acupuncture needles on specific points in each ear. Once the needles are in, you rest quietly on reclined bolsters for about 30 minutes. It’s a simple, non-verbal way to support nervous system regulation and a really nice complement to your practice.
