meet your facilitator

Hi, I’m Mel Rolfes. I’m a licensed therapist, yoga instructor, and certified 5NP ear acupuncture practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting people through stress, burnout, and mental health challenges.

Throughout both my academic and professional career, I’ve presented at research conferences and professional organizations on topics related to mindfulness, mental health, and wellness. I’ve also facilitated a wide range of group experiences, from continuing education opportunities for therapists to community yoga classes and special 5NP events. Public speaking, teaching, and creating meaningful group experiences are all things I genuinely love.

I also have personal experience navigating burnout and fatigue from my own work within the healthcare system, which is part of why I’m especially passionate about supporting healthcare professionals through this work.

These Group Wellness & Workshop offerings allow me to bring together my experience in mental health, nervous system regulation, yoga, education, and community care in a way that feels meaningful and aligned.
