I offer private sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and resilience. Based in Roanoke, Virginia, sessions are available both in-person and virtually. This work draws on my training in psychology, yoga, and 5-Needle Protocol (5NP) auricular acupuncture to help you reconnect with your body and restore balance during stressful seasons of life.

Hi! I’m Mel. I wear a few different hats, but there is one common thread between them: my work helps people re-regulate their nervous systems. We are living in heavy times, and many of us are carrying more than we were ever meant to hold. Having objective, expert support can make all the difference. Whether I’m in the treatment room, on a yoga mat, or writing about related topics, my work is designed to help you feel more anchored in difficult seasons and find a little more ease along the way.
My approach is rooted in my background in psychology, somatic practices, and contemplative traditions, and shaped by years of supporting others through transition, uncertainty, and realignment.
