We often live our lives from the neck up, as the body carries the heaviness of our environment and emotions. My private yoga sessions offer a gentle, grounding way to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create somatic space through mindful, breath-centered movement tailored to your unique body and needs.

Sessions are offered in a body-positive, supportive way and are suitable for individuals or small groups, including those new to yoga.

These sessions support balance, reduced tension, and a more connected relationship with your body, without pressure to perform or push beyond your limits.

investment

Yoga sessions are $95 for one hour, for up to 5 students, offered in-person in Roanoke, VA (at a location of your choice), or virtually. Pricing can be pro-rated for shorter or longer sessions. Additional $15 for renting local yoga studio space.

If you’d like to include a 5-Needle Protocol (5NP) treatment for yourself or your group, combined Yoga + 5NP sessions are $120 for 90 minutes.

For larger groups (6+), pricing is determined collaboratively based on group size and location.

I hold sliding scale spaces for those who feel called to this work and need financial flexibility. You’re welcome to mention this when you reach out.

Hi, I’m Mel. I’m a licensed therapist who longed to expand my healing work beyond my private practice. I am passionate about helping you re-regulate your nervous system and feel more rooted in who you are.

My approach is grounded in my background in psychology, somatic practices, and contemplative traditions. I bring a steady, intuitive presence shaped by years of supporting people through transition, uncertainty, and inner realignment.

With a foundation in both evidence-informed training and embodied practice, our time together will feel both supportive and effective.
