Many of these reflections are rooted in supporting the nervous system, especially during times of stress, burnout, and transition.
As a therapist, mind-body practitioner, and lover of contemplative traditions, I am a firm believer that the most important work we can do in this lifetime is know ourselves better. Living with cycles, engaging in rituals, and practicing self-reflection are profound ways to do that, as well as to stay anchored and peaceful during turbulent times. These are practices that have helped me, and maybe you’ll find benefit in them as well. Take what you need and leave the rest.
