We often live our lives from the neck up, as the body carries the heaviness of our environment and emotions. These private yoga sessions offer a gentle, grounding way to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create somatic space through mindful, breath-centered movement tailored to your unique body and needs.

Sessions are offered in a body-positive, supportive way and are suitable for individuals or small groups, including those new to yoga.

These sessions support balance, reduced tension, and a more connected relationship with your body, without pressure to perform or push beyond your limits.

investment

Private yoga sessions are $90 for one hour for up to 5 students. Sessions are offered in person in Roanoke, VA at a location of your choice, or virtually. Pricing can be pro-rated for shorter or longer sessions. An additional $15 fee applies if local yoga studio space is rented.

If you’d like to include a 5-Needle Protocol (5NP) treatment for yourself or your group, combined Yoga + 5NP sessions are $120 for 90 minutes. For larger groups (6+), pricing is determined collaboratively based on group size and location. Bundle options are available for those who would like to receive sessions more regularly.

I hold sliding scale spaces for those who feel called to this work and need financial flexibility. You’re welcome to mention this when you reach out.

I believe yoga is a work in, not a workout. The goal is to meet your body where it is, with curiosity, not perform or push. I teach the kind of class I would want to take: thoughtful, accessible, and responsive to what’s actually happening in your body that day.

My private sessions offer a slower, more attuned experience designed to support nervous system regulation and help you leave feeling settled, supported, and at home in yourself.
