Online Yoga with Mel

A cozy live Zoom class that is body-positive and designed to support nervous system regulation. We begin with a short breathing practice to help you arrive in your space, followed by gentle restorative sequences that unite breath with movement. No prior experience required. Participants practice with cameras off to support privacy and comfort.
