Hi! I’m Mel. There are plenty of places you can go for a workout. But in a world that constantly asks us to push, produce, and stay plugged in, what I’m more interested in is creating space for a work in: slowing down, tending to your nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself. If that speaks to you, welcome. You’re in the right place, and I’m glad you found your way here.
My yoga classes are designed to be simple and effective, creating space for you to relax and experience safe embodiment. Teaching online allows me to offer this practice in a more accessible way, and I hope you’ll join me.
I reside and practice on stolen land that belongs to the Yesan (Tutelo) people with ties to the Monacan Indian Nation. Learn about and support the Indigenous community connected to this land and learn about the land you live on.
