    • each class is about 45 minutes: enough time to feel a shift, without asking too much of your day

    • a stable connection with a phone, tablet, or computer set up hands-free recommended

    • it’s helpful to use a device with clear speakers so you can hear verbal cues well

    • participant cameras are off to support privacy and reduce performance anxiety

    • the room will open five minutes before class start time

    • each class begins seated, with a short breathing practice

    • no prior yoga experience is required

    • practice in a space where you feel comfortable and uninterrupted

    • have a blanket, pillow, or any props you like nearby

    • log on a few minutes early, if possible, to get settled

    • you’re always welcome to rest or pause during class

    • come as you are, with a yoga mat and enough room to move comfortably

    • join from anywhere, wherever you are

    • practice from the comfort of your own home

    • no commute, parking, or rushing to get there

    • move without being seen, watched, or compared

    • maintain a steady practice even when life is busy

Welcome! I’m Mel, a registered yoga teacher and mind-body practitioner who is passionate about helping people regulate their nervous systems. I believe yoga is not a workout, it’s a work in. My classes are designed to be simple and effective, helping you relax and experience safe embodiment. Teaching online allows me to offer this practice in a more accessible way, and I hope you’ll join me.
