each class is about 45 minutes: enough time to feel a shift, without asking too much of your day
a stable connection with a phone, tablet, or computer set up hands-free recommended
it’s helpful to use a device with clear speakers so you can hear verbal cues well
participant cameras are off to support privacy and reduce performance anxiety
the room will open five minutes before class start time
each class begins seated, with a short breathing practice
no prior yoga experience is required

have a blanket, pillow, or any props you like nearby
log on a few minutes early, if possible, to get settled
you’re always welcome to rest or pause during class

Welcome! I’m Mel, a registered yoga teacher and mind-body practitioner who is passionate about helping people regulate their nervous systems. I believe yoga is not a workout, it’s a work in. My classes are designed to be simple and effective, helping you relax and experience safe embodiment. Teaching online allows me to offer this practice in a more accessible way, and I hope you’ll join me.
