One of the most exciting parts about having a website, to me, is this page. The space where I get to write about the topics I’m interested in, that inevitably lead back to my true north, which is helping folks have more resourced and regulated nervous systems. Many of these reflections are rooted in supporting the nervous system, especially during times of stress, burnout, and transition.
As a therapist, mind-body practitioner, and lover of contemplative traditions, I am a firm believer that the most important work we can do in this lifetime is know ourselves better. These are practices that have helped me, and maybe you’ll find benefit in them as well. Take what you need and leave the rest.
